TIME: 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in downtown Georgetown: Shop from a mix of vendors selling produce, flowers, jewelry and much more!

GO GREEN HALTON HILLS
TIME: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. located at Georgetown Public Library. Celebrate sustainability this weekend at a free community event packed with hands-on activities, expert presentations and family programming.

ACTON TRUNK SALE
TIME: 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Acton GO station parking lot: The Rotary Club of Acton’s popular trunk sale is back for the season. Shop for a variety of products or become a vendor for $20 cash - no reservations required. Simply show up anytime after 7:30 a.m.

SUMMER FAMILY STORYTIME
TIME: 10 a.m. at the Halton Hills Public Library, Georgetown and Acton branches: Grown-ups and children will move, and sing through stories and rhymes that spark creativity and build early learning skills. No registration required; just drop in ready to listen, sing, play, and discover together.

SUNDAY AUG 23
THE ACTON LEGION CLASSIC SHOW & SHINE
TIME: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, Acton branch: It’s almost time for the annual classic car show by the shores of Fairy Lake. Cars must be 25 years or older to be part of the show. Organizers are expecting between 250 and 300 classic cars.

MUSIC IN THE GARDEN
TIME: 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Dominion Gardens Park gazebo in Georgetown. The Retired Teachers Rock Band will be performing. It is a rescheduled performance of their Aug. 2 show that was cancelled due to rain. Attendees are asked to bring a lawn chair.
