It’s a question that comes up all the time with both buyers and sellers, so I pulled the August Sunshine Coast sales and compared each sold price to its BC Assessment.

Some sold above, some below and some were surprisingly close.

It’s an interesting snapshot of our market and a good reminder that every property and every sale has its own story.
