☕ Changing Seasons. New Opportunities.

This morning’s coffee break at Vista Miramichi Apartments came with a pretty incredible view.

The ice on the Miramichi River is starting to break up, the Centennial Bridge standing strong in the background, and the first signs that spring is on its way. After a long winter in Atlantic Canada, that moment when the seasons begin to turn always brings a sense of energy and possibility.

In construction and development, the change of seasons means something else too — new projects moving forward, progress on the ground, and opportunities to keep building great places for people to live and work.

Big Week at Vista Miramichi Phase 2! 🏗️

It’s been another great week of progress on site — a huge thanks to our hardworking Cedar Camp Projects crew and all of our incredible sub-trade partners who continue to push this project forward with pride and precision.

✅ Paving is complete — making access smoother for everyone on site.
✅ Flooring installation has officially started on Level 3.
✅ NB Power service is prepped and ready for the transformer hookup.
✅ Siding is now approaching 50 % complete, giving the building its sharp new look.
✅ Kitchens on Level 2 are fully installed and looking fantastic.

Momentum is strong, quality is high, and every milestone brings us one step closer to welcoming new residents to the riverfront.

Proud of the teamwork and craftsmanship that’s bringing this project to life. 💪

🇨🇦 LET’S GO BLUE JAYS — LET’S GO CANADA! 🇨🇦

There’s something powerful about seeing that iconic Blue Jays cap everywhere you go these days — at the job site, in the grocery store, at the rinks or on a kid walking to school. It’s more than just a logo. It’s a symbol of hope, pride, and belonging.

For so many of us, it takes us back to the ’90s, when Canada’s team won back-to-back World Series titles. We remember where we were. We remember the noise, the energy, the feeling, the TEAM. And now, decades later, we get to share that same feeling with our kids — teaching them what it means to be part of something bigger than ourselves.

This isn’t about being a bandwagon fan.
It’s about a country.
It’s about a movement.
It’s about a feeling that connects generations.
It's about a nation

Right now, our Jays only need 2 W's. They’ll need grit, heart, and belief to win two straight and earn a shot at the Dodgers and their superstar, Ohtani.

🏗️ Cedar Camp on the Road – Training in Granby, QC! 🇨🇦

This week, a few of our team members travelled to Granby, Quebec for hands-on commercial application training with Nudura ICF. 💪

We’re always investing in upskilling our crew and learning the latest in insulated concrete form (ICF) technology to build stronger, more energy-efficient buildings. Big thanks to the Nudura ICFs - Insulated Concrete Forms team for a great session, and to our crew for their commitment to growth! 🔧📐

"The new school will be built on the west side of Ohio Road, next to Route 15. It will replace Shediac Cape School, which was built in 1958 and renovated and expanded in 1997, and alleviate enrolment pressures at Moncton High School."
