This one is a little different for me to share… ❤️🏡 Our home will officially be hitting the market soon.

We’ve made so many memories here over the years — family dinners, summers by the pool, evenings outside, hockey in the winter and countless moments with our kids that have made this house feel like home.

It’s definitely bittersweet, but we’re also really excited for what’s next for our family. ❤️
