If you want to put a sink in the basement don't do this. The plumbing installation is against code and electrical panel is too close to water for electrical safety.

A good home inspector will check the details of every construction job. For example, looking for Interior screw used outside is an example of something that is often missed. It is expected that interior screw will last about 1 year in pressure treated wood before failing completely. If your contractor uses the wrong fasteners, things will literally fall apart.
