One thing I've noticed lately...

More and more people are starting to realize that investing in real estate doesn't have to mean buying a rental property.

In fact, one of the biggest misconceptions I hear is, "I'd love to invest in real estate, but I don't want to deal with tenants."

Here's the thing...

Owning real estate and managing real estate are two completely different things.

You can invest in professionally managed real estate through a REIT, which means you get exposure to income-producing properties without having to find deals, qualify for a mortgage, answer maintenance calls, or manage tenants yourself.

For a lot of people, that's the missing piece. They didn't know there was another option.

What's it like being a mom of three while owning several businesses, including a property management company, a real estate investing company, and a REIT?

It's full.

Full of early mornings, big decisions, school events, phone calls, laughter, challenges, and moments that remind me why I do it all in the first place.

People often ask me how I do it all. The truth is... I don't.

I'm incredibly fortunate to have an amazing village, both personally and professionally. My family, my friends, and the incredible teams behind each of our businesses make it possible. They challenge me, support me, and remind me every day that great things are never built alone.

I genuinely love what I do. I love building businesses. I love real estate and investing in it, But I also love slowing down with my family, cheering my kids on, spending time with the people I care about, and enjoying the life we've worked so hard to create.

To me, success has never been about being the busiest person in the room. It's about creating a life where work supports your life, not the other way around.

That's one of the biggest reasons we built Legend.

Summer reminds me why Marty and I built Legend.
