It’s been over 15 years since I was a Lifeguard. It all came swimming back to me today in a CPR course run by the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

This was great as a refresher since things have changed (as they tend to) and I feel confident again that I can help someone in need. Thank you for hosting this course.

I feel like everyone should have basic first aid and CPR training because you never know when you could make all the difference in that 15+ min it could take for Emergency crews to arrive.
