Have you received an N13 eviction notice?

If your landlord asks you to move out for renovations, you have the right to return to your unit at a similar rent once the work is complete.

To keep that right, you must give your landlord written notice within 120 days of receiving the N13.

A total eclipse of the sunflower field. ☀️🌑🌻

The Moon passed between the Sun and Earth on Aug. 12, 2026, creating a total solar eclipse visible across parts of Greenland, Iceland, northern Russia, the Atlantic Ocean, Spain, and Portugal.
