I want to say congratulations to the sweetest couple in Preston on the purchase of this 5 acre riverfront property that will now stay in the Community. I am excited to watch what you do with it in the coming years. I am a little proud of you for taking the leap - I hope it pays off ten fold! I am also so happy to have met you both! ❤️
Also, in this Industry, when we are representing a buyer or the bank or a representative or municipality and the property goes into competition, it is a general rule not to write on your own listing to avoid conflict, so the sign calls get sent out to other agents to represent the buying side. I do these regularly as do a lot of my colleagues so the buyer has their own personal representation without any conflict of interest. This one had a few sign calls that were sent to other agents and my clients just so happened to come back to the table a second time fast after we lost the first offer and it terminated.. I appreciate the confidence in getting a sign call from the listing agent as they understand the hard work is on my plate now. We did it, you got it and thank you Patricia Roberts for the sign call but more importantly, for how this all turned out - staying in the Community and for my opportunity to represent such a lovely, deserving couple!
