My first-time homebuyer session is happening ONE WEEK from today, and I’d love to fill the room with people who are genuinely considering taking that next step toward homeownership.

This isn’t a traditional home purchase, and that is exactly why I think it deserves a better explanation.

I’m not going to pretend leased land is the same as owning a freehold property. It isn’t. But that doesn’t mean it’s a bad option, it means it’s a different option.

It’s not the right home for everyone, but if you’ve been priced out of the traditional market, maybe it’s worth understanding what buying a home on leased land can offer for you.

It’s hard to put into words how it feels to build the trust of a stranger, who so quickly becomes a friend.

To me, Real Estate is not about money. It is not about being the best or the busiest or the richest. It is about human connection, trust, and the ability to share these beautiful moments with the people I am meant to share them with.

How special is it that I get to see someone’s eyes light up when they walk into their dream home for the first time? I get to share the tiny moments when they realize their couch will fit perfectly in the family room. This closet is everything I have ever wanted. The kids will love their new rooms. I can perfectly fit our family photo wall right here. These windows are bigger than I dreamed I’d ever look out of. This view is something I never thought I could afford. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet? I can’t believe this could be ours.

These moments that I get to share are why I love the career I’ve chosen. This is not about being the best, or the busiest, or the biggest. This is about human connection, and being the light in someone’s journey. Thank you to every single person who has trusted me thus far in my career. It means more than words can say.
