August was a busy one.

Two new listings hit the market, one of those listings went firm with an accepted offer within days on market, and I had the opportunity to help two clients get accepted offers as they prepare to make the move to our beautiful province.

I also had the pleasure of helping a lovely family find their first home after a 14-year search. Getting to be a part of that moment was definitely one of the highlights of the month.

On the personal side, we officially moved out of our apartment in Halifax and are getting ready for the next chapter of our lives.

A busy month, a lot to be grateful for, and plenty to look forward to.
