Some homes take patience, and this one was worth every bit of it. 🤍 After almost a year on the market, we were waiting for the right people to come along... and they did!

The buyers love to kayak, wanted to be close to the lake, and fell for this beautiful bungalow for all the right reasons. 🚣‍♀️🌊

Grateful doesn’t quite cover it. These sellers are friends, which makes this one extra special. Now the fun part begins... helping them find their next home, closer to family. 🏡

Great streets don’t happen by accident. 🌳 A quiet crescent, mature trees, and neighbours who actually know each other ... this one really had it all. The sellers built so many memories in this fabulous family home, which made this sale especially meaningful.

It was such a pleasure working alongside a great local agent to get this one done. There’s something to be said for a smooth, collaborative deal, and this one was extra special knowing his clients were his own kids! 🤍

It is rarely the number of bedrooms, the size of the kitchen or the exact square footage.

It is the birthdays, the friends gathered around the table, the quiet mornings and the everyday routines that slowly become the moments we miss most.

Buying or selling a home is never just about the property.

Real estate can feel overwhelming, especially when there are big decisions and a lot of moving parts.

Not every home upgrade needs to be justified by resale value.

Sometimes you improve a home because you live there.

If adding storage, upgrading the patio or creating a better dining space makes the next few years more enjoyable for your family, that value counts too.

The goal is balance: choose improvements you will enjoy without assuming every dollar spent will come back at closing.
