This was the view on closing morning.

There’s something pretty special about watching a new day begin on the same day someone starts a new chapter.

Today, my client gets the keys to this beautiful waterfront home in Stoney Creek, and I couldn’t be happier for her.

Finding a home isn’t always about checking every box on a list. Sometimes it’s about walking into a space and being able to picture your life there.

Some closing days hit a little differently. 🤍

Months ago, we walked into this home and knew it was worth taking a closer look.

But finding the right home was only part of the story.

There was strategy behind the offer, patience through the negotiation, and knowing when to hold our position. In the end, we secured this home for $50,000 below asking.

Then came the wait.
