“I didn’t think it would happen this fast.” 😳
Those were some of the first words my brand new client said after we secured her condo.
Just one week earlier, we had met for the first time. We got her paperwork together, started touring properties, and before she knew it, she was signing a lease and getting ready to move into her new Burlington condo.
It wasn’t without competition. There were five applications and offers on this unit, and during negotiations the landlord asked if we’d increase our offer from $1,800 to $1,900/month, to see if we would budge in order to win.
We stood our ground.
A strong application and thoughtful negotiation helped our client secure the condo at $1,800/month.
