Remax Professionals North Brokerage Fall Meeting this past week at Hidden Valley in Huntsville!
We were able to talk and discuss market trends and patterns, managing client and colleague discussions, market share, resale vs new construction opportunities, agent personality types, offer irrevocable processes and what’s working and what’s just not anymore, AI, board news and insight, podcasts, financing and lending trends, brand news, and SO MUCH more!
I always really enjoy these functions, and thank you to Leah Ambler Christopher Alexander Katie Rowe for having us out and for the lovely lunch! 💕
It was lovely seeing so many of my colleagues I have worked with for a while now at Remax and in the industry for over a decade! It was also lovely to meet new to our Brokerage colleagues that have recently joined us! I am always here to meet up for coffee/tea or a Diet Coke and chat real estate, life, and everything in between. It’s always extra nice and special have so many of us under the same roof at the same time!
Notably missed was Dan Pinckard Real Estate Broker ! We might have to start charging him a tax for absence from work meetings that I personally deem a necessity…for the sheer purpose for harassing him and for my own selfish need of someone to cry to 🤣😭lol ….laughing but serious but no really laughing…but no, this week…seriously, crying ! *queue ugly cry*
Can’t wait to see the impromptu group photo that we were able to get as many of us in as possible from the hallway!
Also, JD and Allan, photo bombed and hidden selfies of our across the room observations you didn’t know we were discussing 😆😀
