The view you buy will matter more than the extra bedroom. Every time.
I’ve shown buyers “perfect” houses on paper — right size, right price, right layout — and watched them walk right back out because something felt off. Then I’ve shown them a smaller place with a view that stopped them in their tracks, and that’s the one they wrote an offer on that same day.
Square footage doesn’t make you feel something. A view does.
