🏡 SOLD & READY FOR A NEW CHAPTER! 🥂

A huge congratulations to my wonderful buyers on the purchase of their beautiful new home at 135 Tradewinds Crescent in Equinelle! 🎉

This move is about so much more than finding the perfect semi-detached home. It's about being closer to the grandkids, enjoying a fantastic community filled with activities and events, and embracing a lifestyle where there's always something to look forward to!

And perhaps the best part? The house-hunting stress is officially OVER! 🙌

Now, instead of worrying about finding the right home, they're already out shopping for new furniture! 😂🛋️ I think it's safe to say the excitement has officially kicked in!

I'm so happy we found a home that checks all the boxes, in a community where I know they're going to make some incredible memories.

Here's to less stressing, more grandkid time, new friendships, and figuring out where all that new furniture is going to go! 🥂

34 days.

And if you asked my sellers somewhere around day 25 whether they thought this house was ever going to sell… I’m not entirely sure I could repeat their answer on social media. 😂

But real estate has a funny way of reminding us that sometimes, patience really does pay off.

Because then the right buyer walked through the door and essentially said:

“I need this house.”

And they meant it.

They came in OVER ASKING, made sure their financing was in order, and we worked together to give them the time they needed to make it all come together.

And just like that, the house my clients were starting to worry might never sell… SOLD OVER ASKING. 🥂

I couldn’t be happier for these two. Selling a home can be emotional, stressful and, at times, enough to make you question absolutely everything. But this one is proof that you don't necessarily need the first buyer — you need the right buyer.

Now my clients can finally exhale, celebrate this chapter closing, and start preparing for something pretty special: the purchase of their final retirement home. ❤️

So tonight, I’m prescribing considerably less worrying, considerably more relaxing… and perhaps a very well-deserved glass of w**e. 🍷

Congratulations to my wonderful sellers. Sometimes the ending is worth the wait.

🏡 CLOSED & CONGRATULATIONS! 🥂

After what felt like approximately 100 houses (okay… maybe not quite 100 😂), my buyers officially have the keys to their very first home! 🔑❤️

From the beginning, they knew they wanted the right location, plenty of property, and somewhere their family could truly grow into. When we found this one in South Glengarry, it checked the boxes — including a backyard with plenty of room for their little guy to perfect his soccer skills. ⚽️

A HUGE thank you to 🧚🏽‍♂️Tania David , who worked so closely with these clients and, quite frankly, ran the show on this one! I’m incredibly grateful to have colleagues I trust to take such great care of my clients.
