Affordability remained a hurdle for Buyers despite interest rate cuts, while the short-term rental ban is said to have boosted rental supply, raising vacancy rates to a CMHC reported 3.6%.

Prices remain steady: No significant declines in and home prices
Sales dip: 2024 sales are consistently below the 10-year average.
While October saw a surprising uptick in sales, the long-term trends reflect a softer market. Stay tuned for more updates!



Prices remained 40-60% higher than pre-pandemic, showing that Sellers are holding firm, and Buyers are not getting the deals they were waiting for. In Q3, 55% of homes sales were under $700,000

Lowest priced neighbourhoods in Kelowna:
