July kept us busy at Pondside Landing with lots of tours and showings. We’re excited to share that three Elderberry homes sold this month, and two more are now pending. Thank you to everyone who came out to see what makes this community so special.

Antler Heights: July Progress Update 🏠🦌
Framing is now complete on 24 homes, with just six more to go, and exterior finishes continue throughout the neighbourhood as landscaping nears completion on the first eight homes. Inside, rough-ins are wrapped on just over half of all the homes, while drywall is done and cabinetry is installed in a third of the homes. Flooring and tile are now finished in three homes, and we’re excited to share that the first two homes have entered their final finishing stages!
