$80 MILLION SPENT. WHERE ARE THE RESULTS?
Kelowna residents deserve answers.
With City spending on homelessness reportedly increasing by 194% over the past four years, taxpayers have every right to ask:
Where is the accountability?
Are we measuring real results?
Are we addressing the root causes of homelessness, addiction, and crime?
Is our money being spent on solutions that actually work?
Compassion without accountability isn’t enough. Spending more doesn’t automatically mean we’re achieving more.
Ron Cannan believes it’s time for a different approach—one that combines compassion, public safety, responsible spending, and measurable results.
We can’t keep doing the same things and expecting different outcomes.
