Not all closing days are a joyous occasion. This one was the end of a chapter for a family. A time of reflect and packing up a once full life. With dignity and respect we got through it. Well that's a wrap. Not a strong month for sellers, and buyers are siting on the sidelines. I feel that a lot of people are watching what is happening around the world and we are on pause. As we are almost 1/2 way into March it's still slow, but the promise of Spring is just around the corner and we are starting to see a typical Spring market shift. Interest rates are decent and the inventory is solid.

Please note a couple of changes to our upcoming skating schedule:
• December 27: No public skating at the Chesterville Arena
• January 25: Public skating at the Chesterville Arena is cancelled
