Well that's a wrap. Not a strong month for sellers, and buyers are siting on the sidelines. I feel that a lot of people are watching what is happening around the world and we are on pause. As we are almost 1/2 way into March it's still slow, but the promise of Spring is just around the corner and we are starting to see a typical Spring market shift. Interest rates are decent and the inventory is solid.
