I've said my prayer, I am asking you all to say one as well in whatever way and to who ever you may talk to.

A very Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

As I have been enjoying the wonderful weather this weekend (hoping you all are as well!) and getting fall chores done I have been thinking of all that I am thankful for.

You are all at the top of the list!

I am grateful that you are all who you are. You make me smile every time we talk even on the worst of days, you have welcomed me into your lives as friends, you feel comfortable reaching out at all times and you share your challenges and your wins. Most importantly - you are all simply amazing people and I am proud to have you all part of the ERBD team.

I wish each of you and your families an absolutely beautiful weekend. Even during this time when we can not do as we may have always done, know that I am thinking of each of you and smiling. My love to you and to your families.

Good afternoon all.

Yesterday I saw this great virtual tour by the Pembroke office and reached out to Natalie and Rob to find out who their photographer is.

Apparently - Rob.

They have bought a camera and are doing their own tours now and it took less than a few hours to get the skills and only 30 minutes to complete this tour.

I have now ordered the camera!

I'm not sure what the membership requirements will look like, but it sounds like around 500$ per annum. That is about the cost of 1 virtual tour.

I will let you all know when it comes in as it is backordered.

There office will absorb the initial investment. Once I have the details for the software we may be looking at a reasonable cost of 40$ per property upon closing. No cost up front. Until I get it I really have no further information.

We haven't been using the page!

This weeks homework :)

1. Do a search on YouTube for Steve Morris videos. They are only 2-5 minutes long.
Find the one that speaks to you and share it back on here. Steve is a great speaker and his messages are focused on each person moving forward. Embracing the possibilities as goals.

2. Your business plan. Clearly set out what your goals are for the remainder of 2019. Where do you want to be. Ideas thoughts and plans on getting there.

3. Pick one thing for every day this week you will do to help boost your business. It may be small and take 5 minutes. Reaching out to past clients, reaching out to an agent. Posting an ad on social media or taking the time to meet someone. It may be a larger project. Balance it out.

4. Let's start using the page to communicate together more effectively. Share your thoughts and your challenges and your motivation.
