It's been a great month for firsts!
First baby, first Fathers Day and first-time home buyers 🙌🏼

Another set of happy clients received possession of their very first home, and I couldn't be more excited for them. There’s nothing quite like getting the keys and stepping into a place you can finally call your own.

I’d like to introduce to my boy, Henry.
Henry Frank Leppard was born on June 15th, weighing 8lbs 10oz.
His mom was an absolute rockstar and after enduring more than 50 hours of labor, we ultimately had to proceed with an emergency C-section. Through it all, she showed incredible strength, determination and I could not be more proud to call her my wife.
Henry proved to be just as tough. He had to spend a few hours in the NICU, but after making light work of his stay there, he was happily napping on me and patiently waiting for the green light to meet his mom. Mom, however, wasn't quite as patient. In true mom fashion, she managed to hit the Code Blue button. After a brief moment of panic, followed by a few laughs from the staff, Henry was in the arms of his mom. We were able to leave the hospital a few days later and have been smiling ever since.
