A huge congratulations to this amazing multigenerational family on the purchase of their beautiful new country home in the Thousand Islands.

We looked at a lot of homes together, and while there were some strong contenders along the way, this one felt different. The moment we walked through the door, it was easy to picture everyone gathering, making memories, and enjoying everything this incredible property has to offer. It was the perfect fit!

One of the greatest privileges of my job is getting a front row seat to exciting new chapters, and I couldn’t be happier for this family as they begin theirs.

Happy Closing Day!!!

This sweet family was an absolute dream to work with. We spent a some of time touring resale homes together, sharing laughs, talking through possibilities, and imagining what life could look like in each space. Even enjoyed checking out some local businesses together!🤍☕️

After owning two homes that required major renovations, they realized what mattered most right now wasn’t another project…it was having the time and energy to focus on their beautiful twin boys and all the moments that come with raising a young family.

That’s when the decision became clear: a new build was the perfect fit.
I couldn’t be happier for them as they begin this exciting new chapter and put down roots in the Kingston area.

Some deals just feel meant to be!✨

This one was especially meaningful to me because for the very first time, I had the privilege of representing both the seller and the buyer through the entire process. Two wonderful sides, one home, and somehow everything just aligned exactly the way it was supposed to.

There’s something really special about helping one chapter close while watching another begin under the same roof. Moments like this remind me why I love what I do so much.
