There are a few additional costs that often get overlooked 👇

💰 Closing Costs
These are the expenses required to officially complete your purchase. This can include lawyer fees, land transfer tax, title insurance, and other administrative costs. Depending on the price of the home, this can add up to several thousand dollars, so it’s important to plan ahead.

🔍 Inspection & Appraisal
A home inspection isn’t mandatory, but it’s highly recommended. It gives you a better understanding of the home’s condition and can help you avoid unexpected repairs after closing.
An appraisal may also be required by your lender to confirm the home’s value, especially when financing is involved.

🛠 Repairs & Move-In Costs

What started as a short trip and a stay at an Airbnb quickly turned into something much bigger. After touring a handful of homes together, they knew this was the community they wanted to call home, and they didn’t waste any time making it happen.
