“Buyers and sellers in Waterloo Region continued to take a cautious approach in September, with sales down 18.9% year-over-year and new listings falling 16.7% over the same period. Even with less activity, Waterloo Region had the tightest supply at 3.8 months, suggesting the market remains relatively balanced, with modest price declines despite the slowdown.” said Bill Duce, CEO of Cornerstone.

One of my favourite things about living in Waterloo Region is discovering the history and hidden gems right in our own backyard! ❤️

If you’re looking for something a little different to do, check out Doors Open Waterloo Region. There are some really interesting places to explore that you may have never had the chance to see inside!

Definitely worth checking out and planning a little local adventure.
