This week has been full of exciting progress both inside and outside the homes we’re building.

A few days ago, we completed a walkthrough with a wonderful young couple, Evan and Christina, as they move through the next stages of building their future home. Walkthroughs are an important part of the process, as they allow homeowners to step inside the home at key construction stages, review progress firsthand, ask questions, and ensure every detail feels aligned before we move forward. It’s one of the ways we keep our clients connected and confident throughout the journey.

Over on Lot 40 – Holloway, the trusses are now going up and the structure is really beginning to take shape. There’s always something special about seeing the framework rise and the vision start to feel real.

Excited to keep sharing the progress as these homes continue to come to life.
