Another busy week at Vranic Homes! Excavation is underway at Lot 28 on Holloway Trail, marking an exciting first step as construction begins on another new home.

What’s happening underground before a home is built? 🏡
There’s a lot of important work that happens before the foundation takes shape.

In this video, John walks through some of the underground services being prepared for a future home, including the water service, sanitary line and cleanout.

The blue water pipe will carry water from the street into the home, while the sanitary line will eventually connect to fixtures like showers and toilets. The sanitary cleanout also provides an important access point from outside the home should the sewer line ever need to be serviced.

It’s a look at some of the essential details that go into building a home from the ground up, including the parts you won’t see once construction is complete.
