Two summers ago, we found ourselves in NYC — and somewhere along the way, our girls became great friends and so did we.

Today I got to help my friend and her kids take a pretty incredible next step…

THEY BOUGHT A HOUSE. 🥹🏡🔑

There are transactions that are exciting because you got the deal done — and then there are the ones that hit differently because you know exactly what that front door is going to mean to the people walking through it.

A place that’s theirs.
A fresh chapter.
A home where the kids can grow up, friends can pile through the door, and a whole lot of memories are about to be made.

And selfishly, I’m pretty excited knowing some of those memories will include our girls. ❤️
