Compass Commons is coming to life—and we couldn’t be more excited! 🏗️

Our latest site visit was buzzing with activity, with trades working throughout the community. Flooring, tile, millwork and painting are progressing inside the homes, along with continued drywall work.

The final utility connections are now complete, the Common House is ready for drywall, and masonry planters are beginning to take shape in the courtyard. With so much happening inside and out, it’s exciting to see the homes and shared spaces we’ve envisioned becoming a reality.
