Three possessions, two accepted offers, and so many stories! ❤️🔑🏡

What a busy and exciting week in real estate!

Today was one of those days that reminded me why I love what I do.

One of my buyers received the keys to their very first investment property, a full duplex! Such an exciting step toward building their future and creating new opportunities. I couldn't be happier for them!

Another buyer received the keys to their new home after making the decision to leave their hometown and begin a new chapter in a new city. New surroundings, new experiences, and so much to look forward to!

And one of my sellers officially closed the chapter on their home as the new owners took possession. Another chapter complete, with new beginnings ahead!

And to top it all off, TWO more buyers had their offers accepted this week! 🎉🏡

They each have their own stories too, but I'll save those for when it's their turn to receive the keys! ❤️

That's what I love about real estate. Behind every set of keys, every accepted offer, and every SOLD sign is a story. Different dreams, different reasons, and different chapters in people's lives.

After 35 years in real estate, being part of these moments still brings me so much joy.

Feeling incredibly grateful for the trust my clients continue to place in me.

This is the part of real estate I love. ❤️

Every buyer has a story.

Sometimes it’s a first home. Sometimes it’s a fresh start. A new chapter. A place to raise a family. A home they’ve worked and waited years for.

And that’s why, for me, it’s never just about buying a house.

There’s emotion behind it. There’s a reason this home matters. And I get to be there for that moment when they realize, “This is the one.”

After all these years in real estate, that still means so much to me.

Helping people find a home that feels right, a home that means something to them, is truly one of my favourite parts of what I do.

September has definitely been keeping me busy!

This week brought 3 final sales and 1 accepted offer, including:

🔑 Sold to my buyers on Kassi’s listing
🔑 The Parkside condo
🔑 25th Avenue (I was able to work with both the buyer and seller on both this one and Parkside!)
🎉 Plus, one more accepted offer!

And a fun connection with the Parkside condo and 25th Avenue... the buyers from each transaction ended up buying each other’s homes!

There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes to get a deal from accepted offer to final sale, and I’m so grateful for every client who trusts me to help them through the process.

Thank you to my clients, friends and family for the continued support and referrals. It’s been a busy month, and I’m very thankful for it!

September has been super busy so far! And I'm very grateful to all my clients, as well as other buyer and seller agents that have been great to work with along the way.

This week alone brought a lot of exciting movement: two final sales, multiple accepted offers, and some very happy buyers and sellers.

🎉 Two final sales:
• One was a listing in Coleman, a beautiful home built by 5P Custom Built Homes. It was especially exciting to help someone make the move to the Crowsnest Pass. A big thank you to listing agent John Pundyck, it was great working with you!

• The second was my seller's home in Westgate, it's officially sold!

And there’s more…

🔑 An accepted offer on Kassi’s listing, with my buyer in just ONE day!

🔑 Another accepted offer for my sellers with my buyer, before the property even hit the market!

🔑 And an accepted offer on the Parkside condo!

I am incredibly grateful for every client who has trusted me to help with their next move, whether that’s buying, selling, or finding the right opportunity before it ever reaches the market.

What a month! 🔑🏡

August has been a busy one, with several homes officially sold and new keys handed over to some wonderful buyers!

I’m incredibly grateful to have helped all of these clients. Every transaction comes with its own story, goals, and challenges, and it’s a privilege to be trusted to help navigate such an important part of life.
