AUGUST MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

The Greater Toronto Area saw fewer homes come to market in August, with sales also edging lower compared to last year. With less choice for buyers in some neighbourhoods, increased competition could help support renewed price growth in the months ahead.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• August sales were 2.1% lower than the previous year.
• There were 14.1% fewer new listings than the previous year.
• The average selling price was $993,410.
