📊 GTA Market Watch Update

First and foremost, the market is moving just not in the way most people expected.

Across the GTA, we’re seeing prices still trending down on average by about 6.5%, with some pockets feeling it more than others. Vaughan stands out, with prices down closer to 12%, showing continued adjustment in that segment.

On the flip side, Oakville is the exception — one of the few areas holding strong, with prices up approximately 7%. That tells us there’s still confidence in select markets where demand remains steady.

What’s important here and often overlooked is activity.
More units are selling across most areas, which means buyers are stepping back in and recognizing opportunities.

The market isn’t stalled; it’s rebalancing.
Buyers are negotiating, sellers are adjusting, and those who understand the shift are the ones making moves.
