This review always makes me smile because it comes with one of my favourite client stories.

Throughout Shelley’s transaction, we had an ongoing joke that whenever a challenge came up, it was time for me to go work some magic. So when closing day landed on Halloween, I showed up dressed as Tinkerbell, complete with a magic wand (yes there is a video to prove it haha!)

What I didn't know was that Shelley had bought me my own magic wand as a thank-you gift.

After months of navigating a complicated transaction together, it was the perfect ending to a journey filled with problem-solving, teamwork, and plenty of laughs.

🦞 Une pincée du passé #1 - Le voyage du Gros Homard! Imaginez rouler sur l'autoroute et apercevoir un homard géant dans la voie à côté de vous. 🚛🦞

C'est exactement ce qui s'est produit lorsque le Gros Homard de Shediac, créé par l'artiste Winston Bronnum, a été transporté jusqu'à sa nouvelle demeure en 1989.

📸Aujourd'hui, il est l'un des monuments les plus photographiés du Canada atlantique et un fier symbole de la Capitale mondiale du homard.

That's exactly what happened in 1989 when Shediac's iconic Giant Lobster made its journey to town. Created by renowned artist Winston Bronnum, the massive sculpture was carefully transported to Shediac, where it would become a symbol of the Lobster Capital of the World.

📸Today, it's one of Atlantic Canada's most photographed landmarks.

Now that's a traffic jam we wouldn't mind being stuck in!
