A Little Seventy3 Productions Update 🎶

One of the things I love about being involved with Seventy3 Productions is getting to be part of creating more reasons for people to get out, come together and enjoy live music and events right here in our community.

And this summer was a pretty great example of that.

Summer Nights 2026 was incredible. Two nights, 10 bands, an outdoor stage on the riverfront, and a whole lot of people showing up to support live music in our community.

And because apparently we don’t know how to sit still for very long... we’re already working on the next one. 👀

I can’t share the details just yet, but there’s more to come.

Your Offer Was Accepted! Now What?

First, celebrate 🎉

Then, we get to work.
An accepted offer can feel like the finish line. You've looked at all the homes, decided on 'the one', gone through the negotiation process, but there’s still a lot that happens between 'Accepted offer' and 'Here are your keys!'

That usually means working through conditions. These commonly include inspection, financing, insurance, but depending on the situation there may be others.

Most of this part isn’t particularly exciting (and can be stressful). It’s deadlines, phone calls, paperwork, follow-ups and making sure nothing gets missed before we make it to the final walk through and closing day.

And that's a big part of my job and why having someone advocating for you is so important.

You get to focus on what comes next.
