THREATS WILL NO LONGER BE TOLERATED

Throughout my career, I have received numerous threats, including, on one occasion, an actual death threat. Threats to use physical force against me will no longer be tolerated.

I have spoken with a member of our local law enforcement, and every instance from today forward will be reported to the Moose Jaw Police Service, regardless of how minor or severe the threat is perceived to be.

Unfortunately, people of low character are a part of society, but that does not mean anyone should have to tolerate such detestable behaviour.

CHALLENGED, DARED AND IMPAIRED!

The realtors of Moose Jaw and Southern Saskatchewan can prop up a million other home inspectors—it doesn’t matter to me. They can persuade a million of their clients to write reviews for said home inspectors, and again, it doesn’t matter to me.

The reason it doesn’t matter to me is because I can prove, in less than 60 measly seconds, that there is more intellect in my pinky finger than any home inspector, realtor, mortgage broker, or appraiser from Southern Saskatchewan possesses in their entire body. And that is not even remotely a slight or a joke. It’s a factual statement that I can and intend to prove.

Entrepreneurship is about being better and brighter, and after being slandered by intellectually inferior real estate professionals for 14 years, we’re going to have some fun with this.

Every real estate professional who has ever engaged in slandering me has just been challenged to a live standoff. We each get 60 seconds to put our intellect on display. It will be recorded and posted to social media so the public can witness who belongs and who doesn’t.

I’ll be right here waiting, ladies and gentlemen of the real estate industry. You can count on it!

THE DIFFERENCE

There are many traits and qualities that separate me from other home inspectors, and it would take all day to express those differences to you. That said, no matter where I go or what I do in life, I will always be able to say that I am a successful home inspector because of who I am as a person and the qualities, traits, and talents I bring to the table, whereas other home inspectors only sit where they sit because some realtor or group of realtors propped them up.

On top of this, as you all know, I have had to endure slander on an unbelievable level, which makes my accomplishments and time in the industry even more laudable.

Entrepreneurship requires you to be good at many tasks, not just one or two. Almost all home inspectors have no business being in business because they are not actual entrepreneurs. They simply sit where they sit because they realized that if they actually had to compete, they would be out of business, and that’s why they kowtow to realtors.

I’ve survived 14 years in this business when most said I wouldn’t make it six months. The next time you think about hiring a home inspector or real estate professional, ask yourself why they sit where they sit.

Is it because some realtor said so, or is it because they are intelligent, multifaceted entrepreneurs?

I think you all know which one I am of the two.

Best month in business since our inception back in 2013. Thank you to all the clients I served and to those who referred me to their family, friends, and acquaintances. Setting a milestone like this 14 years in doesn’t happen without some help from all of you.

It took four inspections over a one-year period, and three realtors got turfed in the process, but they finally found a suitable home with manageable defects.

This is what happens on occasion when you’re not helping realtors sell houses, and it’s also why so many realtors try so hard to keep clients from employing my services. Clients can go on a bad run and they need you to look out for them.

I’ve been doing home inspections this way for 14 years, and it works quite well when clients get the information they need and use it correctly.
