Welcome to this custom built addition in Huntsville.


Inside, the great room opens up under 20-foot ceilings, centred on a microcement fireplace with an oversized wood-burning insert. Off it, the kitchen pairs a fluted island with bullnose stone counters, and the staircase hides a bar and walk-in pantry. Down the breezeway, a stone wall runs to a floor-to-ceiling window. Up top, the loft works as an office by day, with a TV that rises out of the built-in cabinetry at night.

Out front, a stone patio sits under ACM beams cantilevered out with the butterfly roof. Down at the lakeside, Nichiha Blackwood siding and ACM paneling meet hemlock soffits and stonework. From the build to the landscape, this development is all PattyMac.
