It’s been a busy couple of weeks on site, and the progress is significant.

• The permanent hydro connection reached a major milestone today, with the PMT pad successfully passing inspection.
• The roof is now complete and the building is officially watertight.
• Exterior siding continues to advance, with soffits and Hardie panels being installed throughout.
• Insulation has been completed on Levels 5 and 6 (north side), and we’re preparing to begin drywalling later this week.

Drywall will start on the sixth floor and sequence downward — an efficient top-down approach as we transition into the next major interior phase.

It was also one of those perfect days on site — sunshine, clear skies, and incredible views across Newcastle and the coastal mountains, or toward Mount Benson depending which way you turn. Hard to beat either.

Excited to see the exterior finished with a fresh coat of paint and the interiors really begin to take shape.

Now over 70% sold, with a limited selection of homes remaining as we move closer to completion.
