The May market update is here… and there's a lot to talk about!

Across Vancouver Island, the market is holding steady but buyers are being thoughtful, and sellers need to be strategic.

Here's the quick breakdown:
📊 Total sales are right in line with last year, down just 1%
🏠 Single family home sales dipped 4% year over year but ticked up 3% from April
🏢 Condos had a strong month, up 10% from last year and 23% from April
🔥 Townhomes were the real bright spot, jumping 33% year over year and 28% from April
📋 Inventory is up 3% overall, giving buyers more options to choose from

So what does this mean?
