A solid deck is only as good as what’s underneath it.
Drilling 12” piers down below the frost line so this build is rock-solid, fully to code, and built to last through every Ontario winter. No shortcuts on the foundation, ever.

Another day, another porch/roofline saved!

At Cardinal Construction, being a good neighbour is just as important as being a good contractor. 🏡

When a decorative gable vent was damaged by an unexpected hockey puck, we made time in our busy schedule to help out a neighbour and get it looking like new again. Small repairs can make a big difference, and we’re always proud to support our community when we can.

From major renovations to minor repairs, Cardinal Construction is here when you need us.

There is no higher compliment than a repeat customer. 🛠️
We are back at it in Clarington to tackle a porch column replacement, concrete porch repair, and a brand-new aluminum railing installation. For us, every project is an opportunity to prove why our motto is “Building trust on quality construction.”
Check out how we brought safety, stability, and curb appeal back to this home! 🏡👇

You don’t always have to tear it all down to get a brand-new look! We saved our awesome Newcastle clients some time and budget by utilizing their solid original framing and completely re-doing the decking and details. Now it looks brand new and is officially ready for summer BBQs. 🥩☀️
Big thanks to our clients for trusting Cardinal Construction with the upgrade!
