10 years. Somehow, it still wasn’t nearly long enough 🥹

Bri and I got Cali when we were just babies ourselves. She grew up right alongside us and was there for every chapter and so many of the biggest moments of our lives; getting married, building our home, career change, welcoming three beautiful children into the world and so much more…in a lot of ways, she taught us how to care for someone other than ourselves and helped prepare us for the family we have today.

She was the most gentle, easy-going soul. Always by our side, always watching over us and always our protector. She never asked for much, she was just happy to be wherever we were.

It’s hard to put into words how much a dog can become part of your family until you have one like Cali. She wasn’t just there for the memories, she was part of them.

Our home feels different without her here and she has left a void that will be impossible to fill, but we will make sure the kids never forget the amazing memories we had with you.

We were so lucky to have 10 years with the best dog we could have ever asked for.

We love you, Cali. Thank you for growing up with us and being there through it all. Please continue to watch over our family ❤️🐾
