Sold!

These first time home buyer clients approached me while ago thinking they knew exactly what they wanted in a home, but after a few showings it was clear that the homes that made sense on paper, didn’t make the cut in reality.
Based on their feedback we switched things up and quickly found a house that ticked all the boxes.

Of course that meant that it ticked all the boxes for other buyers which meant multiple offers (in a Sellers market!?!).

But with both a strong offer, and them being strong qualified buyers we managed to beat out the competition.

Congrats to my clients on their new home! So excited for them to move in and make it their own.

Closing Day!! 

My client was looking for a very specific property in a specific market, and after putting some feelers out, I connected with someone looking to sell their investment property privately.  This one was a bit unique, so we made sure to protect the Buyer with some specific clauses, and it worked out win-win for all involved!  Congrats to my Buyers and onto the next one!

Closing Day!!!
This was far from a normal purchase for my first time home buyer clients. They picked up a multi-residential home, and the income from the other units is going to be an amazing way to reduce their monthly expenses.
It was a bit dicey at times, but thanks to the cooperation between the sellers, the listing agent, and the lawyers, we got it done and everyone is happy.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I love working with first time home buyers. It’s such a privilege to represent someone for what is typically the biggest purchase of their life. Being part of someone starting that next chapter, and in this case starting their family, in a home they can truly call their own, is an honour.
Grateful I get to do this. Congratulations to my clients. 🏡

Another one closed!
Selling a home occupied by a tenant is always tricky. Especially when it’s a place they’ve called home for a number of years, so we are always sensitive to that fact. Definitely makes for a much more involved Sale, that’s for sure. In the end, the tenant moved out and found a new home, and the Buyer will be able to call this house “home” to start a new chapter for themselves.
