That's a wrap for summer. Active listings down to 990 vs 1,,278 a year ago. Decline of 22.5% - I expect another decline next week before listings increase to try to capture the short fall market. Fixed rates are under pressure due to ⬆️ bond yields.

Big jump in average weekly price due to an $18.5 Million sale last week. Inventory remains high but is down week over week & ⬇️ 18% over the same week a year ago. Inventory should continue to decline until September when we should see a bump in listings & sales.
