MAY Market Update.
Our inventory is a little bit higher than last month, and days on market were up in May compared to April. This means that buyers are getting a little more time to look at homes, have more to look at, and are able to negotiate on price more. That being said, the average home price jumped up - meaning sellers are still doing really well!
