2️⃣ 30-year amortization is now on the table for first-time buyers and new builds. That stretches your payments out and can lower your monthly cost by around 8%.

3️⃣ Your FHSA and RRSP Home Buyers’ Plan aren’t either/or — you can use both toward your down payment.
