JULY MARKET UPDATE! Durham Region recorded 713 home sales in July, down 12.6% from June. The average selling price remained relatively stable at $840,581, down just 1.6%. New listings totalled 1,720, giving buyers continued choice, while homes sold in an average of 29 days.
