A few deliveries today for some very special clients who are like family to me. 🥧🥧🥧

I vowed 24 years ago when I entered this business to stay in touch. Why? Why not?

Well, this business is not transactional to me. It is about building relationships. I have had dealings in the past, buying vehicles & buying furniture & once I did, I never heard from the sales people again. Terrible customer service…

I have invited myself (kind of) to some of my lasagna dinners, attended family funerals, birthday parties, baseball games, hockey games, school fairs, xmas parties & the list goes on.

A LOT of my clients are friends, & like family to me. I cherish these relationships & if I am available if invited, I’m going.

This Thanksgiving, take some time with those close to your heart & be thankful, whatever that may look like for you.

If the Real Estate gig ever takes a turn, I think I may consider opening a lasagna & lemonade stand. 🤣
I think I have made 7 or 8 in the last couple of months & I have 2 more on deck for clients for next week.

Why do I do these? Moving is hectic, let’s be honest. More times than not everything is all packed away..:.:somewhere. 🤷🤔🤷‍♀️

Instead of ordering through 967-1111, I decided to personalize the first meal in the home along with dishes & cutlery & retrieve the dishes when finished.

This all started with a young family many years ago that were moving out to BC, expecting a baby with a toddler & had a death in the family. That is a lot to handle so I wanted to take a little pressure off & let them have a meal made for them.

I have been doing this for many years & will keep doing this as a homemade treat for my clients. 🥰🥰
