In July 2026, CLAR recorded 1,430 total home sales across its six regions. Sales activity and new listings slowed to a more moderate pace compared to June, while overall inventory remained healthy and average prices varied by local market.

Regional Breakdown (July 2026):

Durham Region: 713 sales (↓ 12.6% from June) | $840,581 avg. price

(↓ 1.6%) | 1,720 new listings | 29 avg. days on market

Northumberland County: 144 sales (↓ 5.3% from June) | $721,450 avg. price (↑ 6.5%) | 380 new listings | 48 avg. days on market

Peterborough County: 197 sales (↓ 8.8% from June) | $674,834 avg. price (↓ 4.8%) | 419 new listings | 37 avg. days on market

Kawartha Lakes: 122 sales (Steady, ↓ 3 sales) | $702,431 avg. price
