🏡 The spring market remained active in May, with home sales and new listings increasing across all Regions, providing buyers with more choice and helping homes sell more quickly.

🏘️ Housing affordability remains a key concern across the region. Increasing housing supply, investing in infrastructure, and supporting responsible growth will be critical to expanding housing options and improving affordability for residents.
