I couldn't be more proud of this family and this remarkable sale. They were not planning on selling, they had been happily living in their beautiful home for 30 years, they hadn't done any prep work and then they found the home of their dreams and had to figure out fast how to make sure they could have it.

That meant they had to get their home ready to sell and boy did they come through. They took every piece of advice and hustled hard for two weeks to get their home market ready. I came in with my team and we were all cutting baseboards, moving furniture, and staging. Even the photographer pitched in by giving us that desperately needed extra day.

We got the pictures back and launched it in one day, started showings, did an open house, and sold it with 3 offers. This is a perfect example of wanting something, working hard, and not letting anything get in the way of your success.

It was a wild ride and an absolute honour working with this team.
