That kind of long-term trust means a lot to us.

This most recent sale came in a market where pricing and positioning really mattered. It wasn’t about throwing out a low number just to get attention. It was about understanding the home, knowing its value, watching the market closely and putting together a strategy that made sense.

To have someone come back to work with us again after all these years is probably one of the best compliments we can receive.

Ever think about something so much that your brain just goes… okay, we’re done here? 😅

At some point, more thinking doesn’t bring more clarity. It just turns into overthinking.

You’ve made the list. You’ve looked at every angle. You’ve played out 47 different scenarios in your head.

Maybe you’ve reached ETC: End of Thinking Capacity.

That’s usually a pretty good sign it’s time to stop analyzing and start moving.

The dark walls, low lighting, built-ins and that fireplace give the whole space this quiet, cocoon-like feel that makes you want to cancel your plans and stay exactly where you are.

Not every home sells overnight, and that’s okay.

We can’t control exactly how many days a property will spend on the market, but we can control how we respond to the market along the way.

That means watching buyer activity, paying attention to feedback, keeping the listing fresh, adjusting the positioning when needed, and continuing to present the home in its best possible light.

This is the kind of corner that could accidentally steal your whole afternoon. 👀

A deep chair, oversized ottoman, warm wood, built-in shelving, soft lighting, and a huge window beside you. Basically, the perfect excuse to disappear with a coffee and ignore your phone for a while.

Buying one home while selling another sounds exciting… until you realize how many moving pieces are happening at the same time. 😅

One set of keys is coming, another set is being handed over, there are dates to line up, decisions to make, questions popping up at random hours, and at some point you start wondering if everything is actually going to come together.

Who says you have to do it the way everyone else does? 👀

There’s no rule saying your path has to look like theirs, your timeline has to match theirs, or your idea of success has to make sense to everyone around you.

Try the weird idea. Take the different route. Do it your way, even if it looks a little messy from the outside.

Some of the best things happen when you stop worrying about staying inside the lines and start trusting what feels right for you.
